Refund & Withdrawal Policy

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of a distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions and conditions in applicable consumer law. UK consumer rights may differ and are applied where legally required.

To exercise a statutory withdrawal right, send us an unequivocal statement before the deadline, for example by email to contact@selfos.club. You may use the model form below, but you are not required to do so.

Where a valid withdrawal right applies, we will reimburse amounts due without undue delay and no later than the statutory deadline, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. If you expressly requested that an ongoing digital service begin during the withdrawal period, applicable law may permit us to charge a proportionate amount for the service supplied before withdrawal.

Merely starting to use an ongoing subscription does not automatically eliminate a statutory withdrawal right. A right may be lost only in the circumstances allowed by law, for example after full performance of a service following the required express request and acknowledgement, or for qualifying digital content supplied immediately after the required express consent and acknowledgement.

Refunds are provided where required by mandatory consumer law and in accordance with any additional refund promise expressly stated at checkout or in a specific offer. This policy does not restrict remedies available for non-conforming digital content or digital services.

• Statutory Withdrawal: eligible EU/EEA consumers may exercise the applicable 14-day withdrawal right as described above.
• Trials: if a trial is offered, the price, duration, conversion to a paid plan, and cancellation deadline will be disclosed before you enroll.
• Monthly Subscriptions: after any statutory or expressly advertised refund period, cancellation normally stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period, unless mandatory law requires another remedy.
• Annual Subscriptions: any refund beyond mandatory statutory rights is available only if expressly stated in the applicable checkout or commercial offer. Mandatory remedies for lack of conformity remain unaffected.
• We may investigate suspected fraud or abuse, but we do not refuse statutory rights merely because you exercised a lawful refund, withdrawal, chargeback, or consumer complaint right.

To request a refund or exercise a withdrawal right, contact contact@selfos.club with the account email, transaction details, and the request. We may ask only for information reasonably necessary to identify the transaction and process the request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider where practicable.
