Questions about SelfOS

What does SelfOS help me do?

SelfOS connects your goals, habits and daily actions in one place. Your Blueprint keeps the bigger picture visible, while Today helps you choose the next useful step.

Which life areas does SelfOS cover?

Health, Career, Finance and Relationships. You can bring different priorities into the same system and see how they fit into your whole life.

How do KAI and a human coach work together?

KAI supports planning, reflection and daily follow-through. A human coach adds personal guidance. You can start individually and choose coaching support when it is useful.

Who owns my personal SelfOS?

Your account, identity and history stay with you. Working with a coach or receiving access through an organization does not make your private entries theirs.

Questions about your personal SelfOS

Can I start for free?

Yes. You can start with the Free plan. It has limits on things like active habits, goals, KAI messages and history; the pricing page shows exactly what each plan currently includes.

Do I need a coach or an employer to use SelfOS?

No. You can use SelfOS on your own. A coach or organization is an optional way to receive additional support.

What does a typical day look like?

Set an intention, choose a small action, track your habits and reflect on your progress. KAI is there when you want help making the next step more manageable.

Does Family mean we share one account?

No. Every Family member has a private account with their own context, history and progress. How many members are included, and whether more can be added, is shown on the pricing page.

Questions for coaches

Does KAI replace me as the coach?

No. You remain the human coach. KAI supports your client with daily structure and follow-through between sessions.

What information can I see about a client?

Your workspace uses the information clients intentionally share with you, such as shared goals, progress and follow-up context. Their personal SelfOS remains private.

What happens between coaching sessions?

Clients use their Blueprint, Today, habits and goals to keep the plan visible. KAI can help them reflect and keep momentum between sessions.

Where can I compare coach plans?

The coach pricing page compares the available coach plans and their client capacities, including options for coaching teams that need shared capacity.

Questions for organizations

Can admins read individual wellbeing data?

No. Admins see only eligible group-level trends and program signals, never an individual's KAI conversations, private reflections, habits or moods.

What can an organization admin manage?

Seats, invitations and participation. The admin workspace also shows eligible group-level trends, respecting privacy thresholds for small groups.

How do employees get started?

The organization manages invitations and seats. Employees build their own personal SelfOS and use it for daily goals, habits and reflection.

Does a different plan change employee privacy?

No. The privacy boundary is the same across all organization plans. Plans differ in capacity and organization features; compare them on the organization pricing page or contact us about your requirements.

Questions about plans

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Plan changes follow the billing rules shown before checkout. Cancelling a future renewal does not delete your SelfOS data.

Is there a free trial?

Whether a plan includes a trial, and for how long, depends on the plan. The pricing page and checkout always show the current offer before you commit to anything.

How many people can use Family?

Family is built for a household: each member gets a private account. The number of included members, and how many more can be added, is shown on the pricing page.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data stays yours. Features beyond the active plan may pause, but ending a paid plan does not delete your history.
