This guide documents the current shipped experience. Features can still depend on your role, plan, organization configuration, consent state and account permissions.

1. Join through your organization invitation

1

Open the invitation

Use the invitation sent to the email address your organization assigned.

2

Create or connect your account

Complete the account flow and accept the organization context.

3

Finish employee onboarding

Confirm your profile and preferences so SelfOS can open the correct employee experience.

4

Enter your personal workspace

Your daily SelfOS experience remains centered on Today, Dimensions, KAI and Journey.

2. Your personal SelfOS remains personal

Being part of an organization does not turn your private habits, goals, mood or coaching conversations into an employer dashboard.

Use the same personal system: Today, Dimensions, habits, goals, KAI Coach and Journey.

Organization admins work with organization-level management and appropriate aggregate/engagement data.

Private personal data is not a default manager view.

Coach access is a separate permission relationship and is not created merely because you are an employee.

3. Organization experiences you may see

Culture content published by your organization.

Announcements and internal communication.

Organization or team challenges.

Leaderboards where the program enables them.

Recognition and rewards.

Internal products or services offered through the organization workspace.

What you see depends on what your organization has enabled and configured.

4. Challenges, recognition and rewards

Join relevant challenges from the organization experience.

Use leaderboards as an engagement feature where enabled; they are not a substitute for your private progress view.

Recognition is managed separately from your personal habit and goal history.

Rewards can be organization-specific and may have their own availability or redemption rules.

5. KAI and human coaching

KAI stays part of your personal SelfOS experience.

If you also work with a human coach, sessions appear in My Sessions.

A human coach sees only the categories and actions allowed by the relevant consent/permission model.

Your employer relationship and your coach relationship are separate access boundaries.

6. Access, billing and support

If your organization seat or membership changes, your available organization features can change.

Organization-paid access is managed by the organization; personal subscription choices are handled through the appropriate personal billing flow.

Use Support for invitation, membership, access or account issues.

Ask your organization administrator about internal program rules, challenge rules or rewards.

Progress doesn't have to be loud.

SelfOS helps you move forward, without pressure or guilt.
